Laundry Policy

• When you have items that you want us to wash, call us and we will schedule a pickup, usually the following day.

• Your linens will be washed, pressed, folded and bagged.  We will deliver them with an itemized invoice. 

• Our typical turnaround time is three business days.  If you need your linens returned sooner, please let us know when you place your laundry order.

• Laundry prices are determined by size and type of cloth.  If you have a cloth of a size that is not listed or a cloth that is particularly delicate or needs to be hand-ironed, please call us for a quote.  If you wish to have your linens hung on hangers, there is an extra charge of $1.00 per cloth.

•  If you have a scheduled rental delivery or pickup on the day of your laundry return, you will not be charged a delivery charge on your laundry order.
